Both staff and students have access to high quality wellbeing resources when signed into their Flourishing at School web portal. Wellbeing resources are written specifically for either staff or students and broken down into eight (PERMA-H) categories:

  • Positive Emotions
  • Engagement (Flow)
  • Positive Relationships
  • Meaningfulness
  • Accomplishment
  • Nutrition
  • Exercise
  • Sleep

Each resource features wellbeing self-development exercises, downloadable content, and links to multimedia resources. Staff also have access through their portal to classroom activities (with full lesson plans and printable worksheets), unique flourishing video content, and background research on each of the PERMA-H elements in the form of whitepapers.
